Interesting. Thank you. So it is Outlook causing the errors but it affects one client but not another. Still no errors seen on Betterbird. I am not at all technical but, from looking at the info you kindly pointed to, could that be something to do with the way each client connects with Outlook?

Interesting. Maybe this throttling issue is what causes most of the issues we have had with Microsoft accounts over the last couple of years.

I recently came back to EM Client after trying to use Outlook (for Windows) for a while. I don’t know that this is specifically about mail, but every time EM Client syncs, I get a red triangle and this message in the log:

I know people have reported this, but I have tried the various suggestions, including the registry tweak and disabling Airsync, and I still get the red triangle.
This started exactly on Friday the 4th of October, and since then I have not been able to do proper email check on my Outlook. I have even deleted account and reloaded the whole account a few times as well downgrading to the latest version of 9 series.
The big problem, at least for me, is that this is my main account with a 20…

Perhaps Betterbird also gets this error but retries successfully without reporting it?
I wouldn’t know how to find that information.
