Hello, we really donât have this feature. Weâve seen this request recently with migrating Postbox users to eM Client. You can vote on Sleekplan. We really want to make the transition to eM Client as smooth as possible. I would just not call it a basic feature, I donât think other clients have it. It is kind of specific feature of Postbox.
Have (Had) a lifetime license for postbox. Also, have a lifetime license of emClient. The lack of grouping related email accounts is one of the main reasons I never converted from postbox to emClient for my email client.
emClient feature page expounds on all the cool features that sets emClient apart from others. Now show us PostBox power users, that you can further differentiate emClient by adding some of the useful PostBox features.
emClient purchased PostBox, so use the PostBox acquisition and features from PostBox to enhance emClient and really differentiate emClient from other ordinary email client.
I missing Profiles as in Postbox and Thunderbird basics!
I missing Virtual Folder as in Postbox, Thunderbird, Apples Mail.app basics!
You have to orientate yourself on the frequently used competition, especially Thunderbird (from which Postbox also originates) is a programme you have to orientate yourself on.
Thatâs exactly what we are planning to do. Gather all the feedback from Postbox users what are they missing and add it to the eM Client (if it is aligned with the basic UX choices).
Since the EOL of Postbox was announced I was looking into EM Client as well.
I also looked into other clients but the one thing that keeps me from leaving Postbox behind is indeed the âgroupingâ function as other people have mentioned here.
I like the speed of EM Client, Postbox is/was lacking in that regard. If the âgroupingâ function will be added to EM Client you will have me, and I am sure many others as a new customer as well.
Internally it is already implemented, but the release process takes some time. Highly probably itâll be publicly released in January, as Christmas time is not the best time for releases.
Well you cannot currently, it is an internal build, that hasnât passed all the testing procedures. If you are really interested, we can put you in our beta test list and give you access to beta versions of eM Client before they are officially published. But this is not even in beta build yet, but it is already completely functional.
Hi Michal, yes I can be interested in beta testing.
Is it risky? Because I use eM Client for workâŚ
A question about group email account: if I click the âWorkâ icon, for instance (I am referring to your screenshot), I will see both the [email protected] and [email protected] email list grouped together in a single view (like âAll Emailsâ)?
