You can save your file to a site like DropBox or OneDrive, and then post a link here. Any file sharing site will work, as long as it does not delete your file after 14 days, or you have to go through some sort of sign-up process in order to download the file.
Or maybe eM Client could provide some space for members to upload their themes.

Also, where can I get a summary/index of what .emtheme file fields correspond to which fields on the eM window ? Most are obvious but, for example, I currently have inverted colors for a selected email in the main window - except for the text under the Category column, which is still at the previous color. What is the name of that corresponding field ?

Basically copied over the Dark theme, then changed most of the whites to green. And inverted things for Selected.

I confirmed that MainFormGridFontColor changes the text of entire line including the Category (e.g. “None”) and MainFormGridSelectedItemFontColor changes the text of entire line NOT including Category. Could there be a separate Selected font that’s not being included in the file ? Or perhaps one of these behaviors (w.r.t. MainFormGridSelectedItemFontColor -or- MainFormGridFontColor) is a bug ?
(or it is in the file and I’m missing it)

Thank you Richard, your updated theme is great!! Those thin, disappearing scroll bars were driving me nuts.
I have built themes/styles/skins for several other apps, Atom.io Eclipse Komodo Visual Studio - and I tried last year to write one for Emc - even tho it doesn’t have a theme editor, and almost no documentation.
So I came back to check and see if any progress had been made. The list of themes presented at the thread head has themes 5-9 years old, with no screenshot preview, and at least for “Deus Ex inspired theme” the site presents malware.
That this company cannot devote the minimal resources involved in maintaining a theme resource data store properly, along with a KB and docs/refs - still - amazes me. I come here and I see the SAME REQUESTS for 5 years or more!!!
I had hoped for some sign of life especially where themes are involved… I am shocked that any company in 2019 is failing to see that control over the appearance of an app has become a core bit of functionality.
I just tried to work with the theme I was working on last year… which I put down because I found more than 1 UI element that I could not manage to find the ID for - and nobody at Emc, nor the forums, could help. If you’re going to let people theme certain parts of your UI but not others - then you failed at it. Period.
I really wish Emc would wake up. I don’t know how long it will be a viable commercial product. I would expect it will get released to open source in the near future. But even there, too late I think.
Can I make a public suggestion for the forum?

I appreciate the download links, but I want to see what it is up front. I can’t install every theme I run across on the hopes that one will work.
