Wrong email address

When I commence addressing a new email the recipients old email address pops in to the address bar. I have deleted the old address and inserted the new address in Contacts but this has made no difference. Is there another list of contacts somewhere, and if there is how do I amend it please?

To manually clear a recipient out of the To: line. go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Mail / Compose” and click “Show Recipient’s” as in the below eM Client V10 example.

You can then delete whichever recipient’s you like from the list.

Unfortunately that doesn’t work all the time. This is probably due to an update or something but I can confirm that there are bugs. Ive been having a hell of a time trying to get this stuck email out of my sent folder. Thread below…
