I’m having problems setting up my avatar. I load my logo which shows up on internal displays. But when I send a message it shows a WordPress logo. When I go to change it the WP logo appears but mine is no longer there. any help would be appreciated.

Is this an Avatar profile icon one you setup via Gravatar ?
eM Client mailer is compatible for sending and receiving emails with a gravatar icon.
