Version 10.0.3630 shows mail in Inbox but nothing there

Ever since I upgraded to version 10.0.3630 emClient shows mail in my Inbox but there is nothing there.

I assume you mean version 10.0.3530.0
Look at the screenshot you provided.
Where it says Primary - Promotions - Social.
Click next to Social, in an empty space, right click, a small menu will open, look for “Category Tabs” and click on “All” then click on Primary - Promotions - Social, so that they are unchecked.
Now all the emails in the inbox will appear.

Thank you Quesito, I unchecked Promotions and Social, Checked All and Primary and now my Inbox makes sense to me again.
