When I received attachment of an email from outlook, it doesn’t have any extension to it and unable to open even after downloading and adding .eml or .msg to it
Already checked that someone else have this issue too but don’t see any solution.

If you receive a .msg file from Outlook then eM Client won’t be able to open it even though you rename it to *.eml. eM Client operates with .eml files so fist, you’ll have to use any 3rd side transfer tool.

So this feature is not planned in eM client roadmap to be able to do this natively?

Just a simple Google search returns plenty of converters. You can choose between web-based and desktop converters.
Currently, there are no plans on supporting .msg format in eM Client.
