Just started using Em Client on HP PC with Windows 11. Works fine in most respects, but two problems: (1) Have set Em Client to be my default, but it (Em Client) insists it is NOT my default. Everything works anyway, so no biggie, just annoying. (2) My Inbox sometimes shows a number saying I have unread emails, but it doesn’t show the emails themselves. (Other times emails appear correctly, and there’s no obvious correlation to who sent the non-displaying emails.) I have to log onto xfinity.com to see them. Any suggestions on how to fix these two things most welcome.
Regarding #2, “invisible emails,” upon further fiddling, found the emails in the “Other” folder. I hid that folder, will see if that fixes the problem. Would prefer all incoming goes to Primary folder.

That means that you chose the default recommended installation which enables Inbox Categories by default as per @gary post below and can change that via the Settings.
