How do I transfer my free licence from my old pc (now crashed) to my new pc?
For most licenses, just go to Menu > Help > License on the new device and click on Activate, then paste in the license key. The old device will automatically deactivate.
For Business licenses of 2 or more devices, you need to deactivate the old device first, using Menu > Help > License > Deactivate. If you don’t have access to the device, Business users can deactivate them manually in the License Manager.
