I have the same issue, I have version 7, I have checked for upgrades however is says there are none. So as it stands I cant actually use EM as it wont long into my account … bugger … back to outlook (this is somewhat sad as it was working and now has authentication errors however I have checked the credentials and logged on via web mail with them - something between EM and the authentication processes)
