Generally Spam Filtering is done at your ISP Mailbox end which then in turn will filter through to eM Client. So check with your ISP on what Spam filtering they have available in your mailbox.

eM Client does have “Rules” setup where you can setup basic filters and whitelists / blacklists etc. See the following link - eM Client | Documentation - Rules
