Aha, similar experience. I believe there is an issue with Conversations. I didn’t see this issue in 10.1 but am in 10.3. VIP Support were quick to respond to my initial request on 4th May, but since then I’ve written five times and not heard back… There’s a similar thread:

I’m using eM Client v10.3.1720 under macOS 15.4.1, in conjunction with a Microsoft Office 365 service (eM Client is set up with Exchange services).
