I second this!
I thought I was the only one who was mostly unable to scroll messages horizontally! 
I meant vertical scroll bars in the email list window. I have no horizonal scroll bar in that window. The scroll bars in the email itself are normal size.
If you have Wide Scrollbars set already in the Theme and have Windows 11 and “still have thin vertical scrollbars for the folder list and message list” as in the example screenshot, then see the below post reply extract from @Michal_Burger on that subject further down where “this is related to the Windows OS standard look” across the operating system including file explorer.

“The main 2 idea behind the option “Wide scrollbars” were:
- the scrollbar is always visible with that option
- the scrollball is overall wider, even though the thumb might be rendered narrow, but this is an OS defined scrollbar look.

you have two options:
1./ Theme Editor>>
Open Theme Editor: Go to Menu>Tools>Theme Editor (Wait for it to open)
Navigate to “Scrollbar” as in image>Make your selection
Do NOT forget to Apply & Save
Reboot eMC
2./ Menu>Settings>Appearance>Lists>Scrollbar Style>Make selection
Do NOT forget to Save & Close

It is up to you maybe option #2 is easier

Are you talking about the Windows Theme editor, or does EMClient have one? I am using Windows 10.
