Right click not working

I just updated to Version 10.4.4195 in Windows 11 and now right click no longer brings up the sub-menus. It is not working on the folder name nor on an individual email in the email list.

That is very strange. That version seems to be personally working ok for me with those right click menu options with Windows 11. So maybe the install / upgrade didn’t go quite right.

So suggest to try uninstall eM Client and “dont delete the database” when asked on the uninstall wizard. Then download and reinstall the same version again via the release history page.

Failing that if still the same issue, there is also now a newer updated version 10.4.4209 that fixed an IMAP Rules issue just been updated on the release history page you can try & install.

Submenus issue with emClient 10.4 - no submenus

I just installed an update and it seems there musts be some bug related to popup menus. Almost all menus do not open submenus, for example, when message is opened I want to navigate to menu → format → [no submenu], or menu → tag → [no submenu]. Can anyone else reproduce the issue?

And I tried 10.4.4209 as soon as I found it in the other thread. Does not fix anything for me.

This morning when I used Emclient, I found that my right click now works. I did not do an update nor did I shut my laptop down last night. I vaguely remember double right clicking when it started working. But single right click works fine now. Odd, but at least it’s working.
