Problem with re-instal

Hallo.
During the installation of the new version, I get the message: The function you want to use is located on a network resource that is not accessible.

Setup is looking for the source:
C: \ Users \ User \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ ejtna4de.fiz \

I can’t continue with the installation.
Please help / advice.

This is an issue with the OS, specifically the Windows Installer.
If you do a search on the Internet, you will find solutions that describe how to fix this.

Once you have fixed Windows, try the install again.

Program update does not complete

I am trying to update EM Client, but the update stalls with the message: “The feature you are trying to use is an a network resource that is unavailable.” It asks me to update the source from C:/Users/Dick/AppData/Local/Temp/lmhvppcw. How can I find or get a copy of this source file? Dick

So I solved the problem by force
I backed up the complete eM Client and uninstalled it using “Revo Uninstaller” (perfect program), including registry.
Then I installed again.
