Operations sync panel

Hey everyone!
I’m new to eM Client so this has probably come up here but I couldn’t find anything exactly like this.
When mail syncs the Operations panel pops up on the screen on top of whatever I’m doing. Is there a way it can continue to sync but without making the Operations Sync panel appears on top of everything?

Hope you can help with this: When eMClient checks for emails, a pop up window appears. When that happens during the time one is in the middle of typing an email, the checking process pop up interferes with the typing so that nothing is typed on the email even though keys are being pressed.
