Opening eMail Client caused computer crash

On opening EMail Client received error message 'Unable to load DLL ‘libcef’ or one of its dependencies (error 0x8007007E)
'Exception Processing Message 0x0000005 - Unexpected parameneters. Tried to complete Error Recording page with no responce and thre screen went black (PC crashed)
Have rebooted EMail Client in Admin mode in order to get support (this).
Any ideas please - I’m 80 and my computer knowledge has declined over the recent years.
