Only on reply - Missing included original content


em Client 9.1.2109:

Replying to emails is not working correctly on just one of our many employee PCs. The previous email will not be attached! This works for forwarding, although both settings are the same.

Changing/applying/saving the settings and restarting the program didn’t work.

I did some research and read in other topics that a new installation might help.

Is there no alternative to this wooden hammer method? Something like repairing the program etc.?

The user is just new with the software and I want to start with as few negative impressions as possible.



The signature had broken HTML … that is why a reinstallation made no change at my end!

So for everyone else: Try a different and simple text signature first!!
