New set-up. Not receiving emails

Had eM Client on old computer. New installation recognized me and displays my old emails as “unread,” but new emails are not downloading.

Ok as you have V10 then that will more than likely be due to your missing emails are going into the new V10 Categories. See my below post in the following link.

All Email Going to Unread but not in Inbox

Sounds like when you upgraded to V10 you chose “the default install” which then categorises all your incoming and existing mail using an algorithm to sort in Inbox mail folders such as eg: Primary, Promotions, Social, Other, Updates etc So look on the right of the Primary Inbox folder and see if you have other different named Inbox Tabs.
