Message coloured TAGS missing in ver 11 MacOS

Version 11 of the program no longer displays colored labels when tagging messages—only the text of the tag’s name. In version 10 it did display them, and it was much easier.

Yes this is a known issue with the recent V11 builds. Seems to affect every theme even using the latest Mac V11.0.1267.

I don’t know if it’s a code issue or theme issue. I personally noticed it since V11.0.1201

It doesn’t affect Windows only the Mac version.

New V11 Desktop Update Lost Its Color Tags

The reason why it’s a bit of a disappointment for me is that when I select my tags, all the colors of the tags in the drop-down window that were there in the previous versions are now gone. They do reappear once I select the tag, but the color of the tags in the drop-down window themselves are not there anymore. It is caused by an Apple’s recent design decision. They’ve decided to have a “clean” menu with no icons by default, which has broken our menu. There is a workaround implemented for this new behavior of macOS and it will be included in the next update.
