Memory Issue

I too lost everything when I upgraded to version 7. Cannot import old data as there is a space issue and a memory issue . I used a tech expert for a couple of hours - freed up hard drive space but he couldnt solve the memory issue so uninstalled the update reinstalled version 6 and got my emails etc back. How do I get support for this memory issue which also comes up when I try to backup Version 6 Col Shepperd

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please post a screenshot of what exactly eM Client says when you try the version 6 backup? How big is your database (eM Client folder in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming) and how much free space do you have on your hard drive?

Exception of type "SystemOut of MemoryException was thrown " . By the way where would it back up to , if it did back up -there doesnt seem to be any options. I have 16gb of hard space available.
