Manual Backups Not Working

I’m on version 9.2.2258 (7080479). I select Backup from Settings. The folder C:\Users\jk_bi\Documents\eM Client is present and that is the path I accepted in Settings. I hit Accept and nothing goes in that folder. I hit Save and Close and the come back and hit Accept. Still no backup appears. I have viewed the tutorial, but it isn’t working. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong or what to do to manually create a backup.
Also, will the backup contain everything - mail in folders, contacts, calendar?

Once you enable the automatic periodic backup and save settings, it will normally create a dated backup.zip file in your specified backup folder within the next 24 hours as per the task scheduler.

To do a manual backup, click “Menu / Backup” (Pc) or “File / Backup” (Mac). You can see when the backup is complete in Show Operations via clicking the drop-down on the right of Refresh top left. You will th n see the backup zip appear after that once completed.

Yes it backs up everything within eM Client.
