Every now and then when I click something in a website, I get this message and eM Client starts creating 70 Windows. I’m running Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
Can any of you tell me why this happens and how to fix it?
Hi Carl, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please make a screenshot of the error?
What browser are you using on your computer, are you using Internet Explorer?
If you do, please send me an email with a reference link to this forum topic, and I will send you a quick fix for this issue.
Me too - I never had this problem with my old laptop but I have installed eM Client to new laptop (W7 64 bit) and when I click on a link on the web I get this message, then endless pages open and IE11 locks up. I would really appreciate some guidance. I should add that I have been though the default setting process and eM Client is set for all defaults. I have just replicated this and it has given the message and then opened 67 IE windows saying “navigation cancelled”. Help!
Hi Simon, this is unfortunately an Internet Explorer issue, can you please send me an email to [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic, I can send you a quick fix file for the issue.
Fucking great, I reported the problem but Paul hasn’t bothered to provide me with a fix. At least now I know the level of eM Client support and what not to expect.
Unnecessary language. Paul asked you some questions - did you go back? I have to say I have always found eM Client help through this forum to be excellent given that the version I use is free.
