I have a problem for activating my pro licence on my PC.
It says “there is problem for contacting licence server”
Can anyone help me??
Something may be interfering with the connection to the server.
As a test, can you completely disable any anti-virus, firewall, proxy or VPN. Sometimes even restarting your router may resolve this. Then restart eM Client and try again.
If that still doesn’t help, some apps turn off specific services that are required for licensing, so there are some you can check. Click on the Windows Start button and type Services. Open the Services option from the results. Check that both Cryptographic services and CNG Key Isolation are running. If they aren’t, start them.
Then try the activation again.

If you can’t open those links, then something either on your computer is blocking it reaching the licensing server or your internet connection to those links is not working for some reason.
Or “if you can open all those links”, then there is still some issue with Windows or Mac OS with the Cryptographic services and CNG key isolation that @Gary advised above.

If you are in Iran, there are 2 possibilities:
1/. Are some types of sites officially blocked? (Interference @Gary)
2/. Internet speed can be a big issue, last time I was there a few months ago early 2024, Mobile was about 35mbps & Fixed about 15mbps.
Either or both of these could be an issue as I have found that the 2 licensing sites quoted by @cyberzork are slow to load with a message stating they are loading as I guess there will be a massive database to call, not just today but historically, up to 15secs (I have an in excess of 2.2Gbps connection with virtually everything being loaded instantly, with or without VPN etc)
Also is your OS English?
