I have been away in Madrid so was not able to respond to you sooner.
Reading the posts I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with all that has happened.
I do not know if you were able to resolve the issue with Aid4Mail and run a trial.
I was able to download the trial .exe file without problem; I do not know how good
or bad your internet connection is, maybe this was part of the problem?
