The “more” folders do not contain the IMAP folders (i looked at their name in their properties). The “more” folders are the eM Client “custom” ones as I termed them

No, those are not created by eM Client. The come directly from your server. … but they do not come from eM Client.

I understand.

Do you have an idea about why the “proper ones” are only visible briefly? Do you have an idea about you considering an update?

Also, about the receving emails issue I mentioned some more lines above which I experienced recently, somebody else appears to have the same issue:

Hi, my wife and I both use eM Client on our computers. I first had problems receiving email two weeks ago, although the settings and diagnostics were OK. Then a week later suddenly the problems were gone. Now she have the same problems receiving email. We both have the same settings and diagnostic runs OK. What is going on ? Is there some black magic ?
