Hi, I am uning my university email which is based on microsoft exchange. I have no problem with outlook but with the same setting in eM Client, Account is not popped up in the sidebar. I can see the error message that connecting to xx@xx failed. This could be caused by temporary server unavailabilty or incorrect settings. However, in my computer outlook is perfectly working in same setting. What can I check?
