I am not receiving emails into my eM Client account from Road Runner. How do I get it to connect?

SMTP says that it is “OK”
IMAP says server not responding

I used the mail.twc.com

Exactly as I re-posted just above replace, only change [email protected] for your email

I am not sure what has happened but I seem to be downloading emails from my tampabay.rr.com mail service account.
