How to add an invitation into my Mac iCal Calendar

Hello,

We use eM Client on MacOS.

When we receive an invitation for an appointment via e-mail, we would like to be able to add the event in our Calendar on MacOS. We use the Calendar on Mac and not the calendar in eM Client.

Is this possible ? If yes, must we add our iCloud account to eM Client ? Our what is the procedure ?

There is a Sleekplan suggestion to be able the add Calendar.ics invitations directly to the Mac OS Calendar which you can vote for below.

There is a way you can do it currently as @asn advised in his post below.
