Go bacxk to version 9

I dont like this new version 10 so can i go back to the previous version and if so how.

Hi Gary, many thanks but I am a bozo when it comes to this sort of thing so need a bit more help. I have exported my database and renamed it but when I download version 9 I get a message saying the database was modified by a newer version. It asks me to update but when I do it just loads version 10 so what am I doing wrong ? Your further help would be much appreciated.
