Any Suggestions?

It doesn’t, I was on different page when asked to create account and this is
where I ended up. Appologies…

Thanks for the note. I’lldelete mine as soon as I figure out how.

First check your att.net website tech support incase they have any current pop outages or mail server issues as when things sometimes all of a sudden happen and you don’t change anything it can be the remote mail server issue.

Also could be you have a program locally installed possibly interfering with eM Client receiving mail. So if you have any eg: (Optional installed) Firewall / Security programs, Antivirus programs or VPNs, try completely disabling those to test.

Also you might need to use a secure mail key and use that for your password as in this Att thread below.

I got it. Somehow when I was reinstalling the account, under General is a checkbox entitled “include when sending and retrieving emails.” It needed to be checked. Why it wasn’t I don’t know. Should be a default.

Normally that is checked by default when accounts are setup. That is weird how it became unchecked. Good though it’s all working again :slightly_smiling_face:
