Os e-mails enviados sumiram da pasta de enviadas, como recuperar esses e-mails? Tem alguns e-mails super importantes e não consigo recuperar, fiz backup mas não deu certo
Sent emails disappeared from the sent folder. How can I recover them?
You normally would restore a previous complete recent backup or you can also do a partial restore from a backup or a partial restore from the hidden database folder as in my post link below.

I have some super important emails and I can’t recover them.
I made a backup, but it didn’t work.
Did you get an error message when you tried to restore your backup ?
Also do you have more than one backup.zip ?
Also is this a POP, IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account?

There was no error message.
It wasn’t a .zip backup, I imported an .XML file from a backup I had saved.
Importing an XML file will not import email.
To restore messages, you either need to restore the complete backup.zip or optionally restore the complete hidden mail database folder contents.
So if you still have the backup.zip, you can either restore the complete backup via “Menu / File / Restore” or you can do a partial restore if you don’t want to override your current eM Client.

If you don’t have a backup.zip, but “do regularly backup your computer user profile” to another internal or external drive, to restore all your mail, you can also copy the below complete hidden database folder and replace your current folder.
So if you did that, you would first close eM Client and then “rename your current hidden database folder” to eg: eM Client-Old, and then “paste your backed up eM Client hidden folder”. Then reopen eM Client and it will be exactly as it was before.

If you don’t have a backup.zip or complete hidden database folder contents saved elsewhere to restore, and you had no messages stored in Local Folders at the bottom left of eM Client, then just re-add your IMAP account again via “Menu / Accounts” and all your messages & message folders will come back from the mail server end.
Qdo importei a arquivo “settings.xml” a conta já adicionada e os enviados não apareceram, nos últimos 2 dias enviei vários e-mails e estão na pasta de enviados, fiz um teste adicionando manualmente essa conta, indo no “menu / contas” e os e-mails que enviei nesses 2 dias aparecem nessa conta que adicionei, mas os enviados antes do dia 10/10 não aparecem, fica do mesmo jeito
Essa conta é um domínio próprio, a outra conta, a qual é “Gmail” não tive problemas
