Creating new mail

As soon as I attempt to create a new mail a ‘Pop up’ appears:
No operations in Progress This means closing the pop up before continuing. Within 30 seconds it appears again. The version installed is : 8.1.979

No luck so far. Checked the Operations : No operations, No Errors & just standard connection details in Log.

Can you please give a screenshot of the popup?

Also, can you update to the latest version in the Release History and see if there is any difference.

Hi Gary Apologies for the delay in replying. Waiting on delivery of replacement Router. Have re-installed eM client & restored data from backup. All now seems OK. Will let you know if it surfaces again. Thanks for your patience & help.
