Can't add account for Outlook 365 automatically

I am getting an error when I try and connect to my outlook.com email account. I get this error when I am trying to set up my account:

The Correct setting could not be determined. Check the email address or set up the account manually.

I have set up the account manually for mail but that is not allowing my contacts, calendars, tasks to sync. Any help is appreciated.

From what I remember I had to change mine.
Note pop is disabled because, I use IMAP/SMTP across all my devices to keep them in sync.
