Close eM Client, Disable AVG and try to retrieve your Email and report back.

Check these setting.

Can't add account for Outlook 365 automatically

From what I remember I had to change mine. Note pop is disabled because, I use IMAP/SMTP across all my devices to keep them in sync. [outlook imap]
