How can I set font type and size for calendar?
It is very small in my calendar default settings for Description field: Segoe UI size 9.
There is no Calendar font type or size adjustment in Settings. The only way currently would be to use eg: OS scaling via your desktop settings to enlarge the calendar as per this thread.
There is a current Sleekplan suggestion to be able to adjust the Calendar & Task font size directly in eM Client which you can vote for below.

We can set user default font type/size regarding email in Settings/Email/Compose.
Regarding Calendar it would be useful a similar option to set user default font/size in Setting/Calendar/Compose (not available currently).
Meanwhile we can adjust the text size using the Accessibility settings in Windows Settings. This will apply to most of the text on our device for Windows and Applications, including emClient Calendar. I set it to 10 instead of the default 9 which is better than before (it could be more but all text would be larger).
