Hi. I have set up Android eM Client app with Outlook account. Everything works OK except sometimes when I move a message to another folder with the eM Client for Desktop or Outlook online, eM Client for Android doesn’t synchronize this message move correctly and produces the second copy of the message - one copy is in the correct folder as it should be, however the message also stays in the first folder. This “ghost” copy of the message is visible only on the Android, it doesn’t appear in Outlook online. I tried various synchronization options (background sync etc) however nothing helps. I cannot spot the exact circumstances to reproduce behaviour, the problem is quite sporadical, however it happens very often.
It seems that other users are also having similar problems:
yeah…I’ve had the same for a very long time. Also, some snoozed messages that are snoozed on 1 device are not snoozed on the other device(s). Its frustrating how every day (sometimes multiple times a day) I have to manage the ‘synch’ manually.
Have reported it on several occasions but didnt get anywhere.
