Sync of deleted messages

When I delete email in the desktop app they disappear from the server but the mobile app (Android) still shows them and I have to delete them manually all over again. Any advice?

So far no answer from support.

Can Support please take a look at this topic?
I got still the Problem when I delete or move a Message at the Desktop Client that the message is still displayed in my invox on the iOS em App.

Stejný problém, zůstává zobrazena i na widgetu,řeším už od jara, zatím bez odezvy od podpory.

I suspect you are possible not leaving the droid app open long enough to automatically sync the deleted server changes as that does work for me.

How long are you leaving the Droid mob app open after deleting the mail in the desktop app ?

I have no Android. I have iOS. I give the solution it a try and leaved the app 15 minutes open. Changed nothing. In my inbox are Mails which where deleted or moved via em Decktop Client. The Smartphone App still show this mails in the Inbox.

I also use the eM Client iOS app and the server messages do automatically remove from the app “after a shortime” of opening the app. So sounds like you might possibly have a eg: local mail account problem within the app or the app itself might have become corrupted in some way.

So if have an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account, then suggest to “try removing and re-adding your email account” in the app. Failing that you might need to “uninstall the iOS app and reinstall it” and then re-setup as new again via the eM Client Desktop “Tools / QR Export” option.

tried to remove and re-add the mail account three times. Still the same Problem. I just use M365.
I was wondering if it might be because the settings are set to group the emails in the Inbox. Maybe here is a bug.

No having emails in Conversation view doesn’t normally stop emails automatically deleting.

You can certainly try though disabling conversation view to test if it makes any difference via “Menu / Settings / Mail / Conversations”

As removing and readding your account 3 times still has the same issue, then I would next “uninstall the app completely and then reinstall and setup as new” either via the Tools / QR Export on the desktop or manually setting up.

Now if uninstalling and reinstalling the app and resetting up again still makes no difference, then you might then need to wait till the next mobile app update which is due sometime in January according to the latest mobile Thread updates
