AirSync Failing

I’m getting this error:

[AirSync] Synchronization error (SyncStateNotFound)

I’ve made certain I’m up to date on emClient version, and I’ve removed and re-added the account.

Any ideas?

Please confirm the exact version of eMC you have installed.
Do you you have Windows or MAC?
Also the version.

¡Buena suerte!

Hi there,

We’ve run out of ideas :grinning: :grinning: :grinning: but there is a lot of discussion around this issue.

See here: Outlook/hotmail not connecting still

This is not the same issue as you have. Yours is a DNS issue.

The error here is “SyncStateNotFound”.

Windows 11 23H2, patches through cumulative update 2024-07 (KB5040422); I check for updates 2 or 3 times/week. eMC 10.0.3125 (a02ee5a).

This error pops about 3 times/day now … I’ve removed and reinstalled emclient, I’ve removed and re-added my accounts, etc. I’ve been collecting logs for a few days if those would be useful.

I wonder if it’s okay to just disable airsync and use imap with outlook.com? I saw some folks who used a different outlook server than the default in some way, but I don’t see how to do that with the current configuration options.

Any other ideas?

There is one thing I don’t understand about emclient in general … why does it think the network state is constantly changing?

Online state: changed to online due to NetworkAvailability

This is on a (pretty much) always on laptop with both physical Ethernet and wifi connections. This system, and none of my other systems connected to this network, seem to think the network is disconnecting all the time.

emclient on my phone does the same thing–it throws up constant “disconnected” messages for no reason I can figure out. There must be some internal emclient component that is trying to guess at the current network connection state that is throwing up a lot of false positives (?).
