Zohomail never appears in my global inbox

Hey folks, I’m pretty new to this so I’m sure there’s some simple detail I’m missing. I set eMClient up to have 5 of my email accounts consolidated, but my zohomail account never shows up on any device (I use emclient on a PC laptop, an S23 Ultra, and a Tab S9 FE) They also don’t show up immediately in my actual zohomail inbox. only in my universal “unread” inbox. Thanks for any help in advance!
