Also when clicking on help from within the browser, it brings up iexplorer and not chrome which is the default browser. Everything is up to date with the chrome browser and the adblock is off.

Yes, this is a known problem but we cannot fix it as it is a third party application. Next time please try to search the forum before you create new topic.
