"you have sent too much mail" error

I am trying to send emails, and I called my email provider to make sure my settings were correct.  I changed what they told me to fix, but I keep getting this error that I have sent too many emails.  Copy below.  I am running this on Windows 8.1, eM client 6.0.21040.0.

11:18:27 AM [email protected] [IMAP]  Synchronizing subfolders: For folder [email protected]/Inbox

I try to run the diangnose and fix options; it says it fixes it, but when I go to send mail (immediately after closing window), it gives me the same error.  Please help.

Hi Barton, this unfortunately seems to be a server issue, some mail service providers have a maximum number of messages sent per day/week/month, you may have exceeded this limit, please check with your mail service vendor for a possible solution of this issue.
