Yesterday I was prompted to update eMClient and so I did... On opening my PC today, all my emails have disappeared

Each time I open my emails only 2-3 are showing as received today! Please help me…I may need specific one on one guidance on what to do as I am a novice at troubleshooting…

An immediate solution is to uninstall that version of eM Client making sure  NOT  to delete the database when prompted.

You can then download and install the previous version of eM Client from the Release History.

Thank you for your prompt response…Bit nervous but will have a go at following your advice and uninstalling…I don’t know what version the previous version was, will that matter?

It was probably 7.2.35595.0
