XMPP attempt to connect failed (existing connection forcibly closed)

Hey guys - this is the error I see occasionally. (once every few days)

6:15:49 AM xxxxxxxx@gmail.com [XMPP]  MailClient.Accounts.ConnectionException: 
6:15:49 AM (Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)

I’d like to continue to use XMPP, but it would be nice to not show transient errors in a popup.

I’ve just enabled the diag logs for XMPP, so I’ll have more detail if it happens again.

Could you please tell us what version do you use? If you send us logs to hester@emclient.com (please go to a folder where the logs are saved - the default location is C:\Users_username_\AppData\Roaming\eM Client\Logs - and choose the logs that have XMPP and relevant date in its name) we’ll be able to examine the issue further. Please also include a link to this thread and examples of times when this error appeared.
