wrong picture associated with my email messages

A pic that is not me is persistently present in emails I have sent and that reside in my “sent” folder.  How do I replace the inaccurate pic with a shot of me?

Hi David, you can change the profile picture under your contact details, hover over your sender ID in the sent mail and select “Details” to edit the contact’s details, you can then upload a picture to the contact detail.
