Won't Sync with Godaddy (Outlook 365 via Exchange)


My sync stopped working. States could be due to server unavailable or incorrect settings. When I try to add new account Emclient opens a tab in chrome and Microsoft asks if Emclient is trying to connect. When I hit continue nothing happens. The only option that gets any response is cancel. I am using Version 9.2.1735

Close eM Client and then try setting another browser temporarily as the default Then open eM Client and add your account again via the automatic email wizard and see if that then works. Sometimes it can be the specific browser where “even though you click allow” to give eM Client access it just doesn’t work.

If that then works, you should end up back in eM Client and your Godaddy email should receive.
