HI,
I am trying to update my installation but I always run into the following issue:
I already downloaded the requested 9.2.1735 version and moved it in different folders. Uninstalling eM Client is also not working because it throws up the same error. Same when trying to install the latest version manually.
I am a bit lost on what to try next.

Both your images are difficult to read, however, the lower image says
that your installation package is not valid.
I don’t know exactly what you have been doing so I suggest you delete
the 9.2.1735 installation file.
Ln case it is requested download and place it on your desktop:
https://www.emclient.com/dist/v9.2.1735/setup.msi
If you were attempting to update to the latest version of eMC, here is the link:
https://www.emclient.com/dist/v10.3.2619/setup.msi
To update shutdown eMC and run the installation file from your desktop,
Before you download anything reboot your computer.

Unistalling em via Software Center:
It always asks me for the v9.2.1735 package which was the latest update that failed. Before that, I had never issues with updating em. I am using em for 2-3 years.

If you still carn’t uninstall or reinstall eM Client for Windows, Try running the Microsoft Installer / uninstaller troubleshooter.
wow, great I did not know about this program. This fixed the issue and I could run an uninstal and a new installation.
