Just thought I would pass this on. I have installed eM Client 4.0.15010 into Windows 8 Release Preview 64 bit. It runs flawlessly and like all other apps in this O/S runs extremely fast.
.NET Framework package needs to be downloaded and installed first. MS did not include this but this is of little consequence.

I have to agree. Windows 8 is running like a race horse on a simple dual core with 2GB RAM and eM Client blows Outlook 2010 away in nearly every category. NOW if we could just get Exchange support…hmmmm
I tried to install it, but it says I need to install .NET framework. But when I try to do it, windows says .NET is already part of system…
You need to install .NET Framework 2.0. http://www.microsoft.com/cs-cz/downlo…
Right! How do we get .NET when Win 8 says it has it?
All you have to do is launch the Programs & Features control panel, select ‘Turn Windows features on or off’ and then tick to install .net framework 3.5 (which includes the support for previous versions).
