windows 10 install fail

fails to install. error message : System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.   at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
   at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError()
   at System.IO.File.InternalMove(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean checkHost)
   at DbRepair.CorruptionChecker.CheckCorruption(RepairOptions repairOptions, CancellationToken token)
   at DbRepair.CheckingProcess.Check(CancellationToken token)

any ideas ?.

Hello Nigel,

This error message links to another process that is accessing the database and prevents eM Client from opening it. First of all, try restarting your computer and open eM Client again. If it doesn’t help, please try disabling your antivirus first (usual caused by that) and then open eM Client.
