How can I change the default setting which opens a NEW WINDOW when I click on any URL embedded in an email? I really need to open a NEW TAB in the current open IE window.

Open Internet Explorer, click the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options.”
Click the “General” tab and click “Settings” under the Tabs section.
Finally choose the option “A new window” in the section Open links from other programs in. Hope it helps.
